QPL Play-off Match results

Another humdinger of a match in the ongoing Quizzing Premier League (QPL) tournament saw the last two teams being identified for the Semi-finals. It was a last-ball finish at the Play-off Match held in Margao on May 5 -- the final question (a Dumb Charades clue) determined which team would make it through. Here are the results:

1st: Bloody B@@skets (Harsh Hegde*, Ashwin Kumar, Eric Correia, Nathan Moniz and Karen Almeida) - 156 points
2nd: Samurais (Sunil Sardessai*, Ari Pereira, Ira Almeida, Mohnish Sardessai) - 120 points
3rd: Cerebral Blast (Sanjay Parab*, Sahil Ramchandani, Kalpana Satarkar, Lynn Barreto Miranda and Viola Rodrigues) - 105 points
4th: Avengers (Shashwat Salgaonkar*, S. Varun Kumar, Kanchan Gatward and Shukr Usgaonkar) - 93 points

Bloody B@@skets and Samurais make it through to the Semi-finals.
