The series kicked off with two Group A Matches in Panjim on October 14. This was followed by three Group B Matches held in Margao on Sunday October 28, and the three Group C Matches in Panjim on November 11. The remaining Group A Match (FoSP vs TGAGANP) will be held in Panjim on November 18.

Teams will be allowed one substitution in these line-ups.

The top-placed Team in each Group will qualify directly for the Semis. The fourth Semi-final place will go to the best second-placed Team -- that is, the one with the best Game Difference at the end of their two Matches (Games won minus Games lost).
