This year's Republic Day Cricket Match will, by popular demand, not be held on Republic Day but on the day after. Other than that, there will be no change - we will all split up into two teams, play a 20-over-a-side affair, and then all head to Bambolim Beach for drinks and lunch. Some of us will discover ligaments and muscles in areas where we thought we had none, but that is another matter.
